If requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at pq333 is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposit amounts may generally take a few minutes to be reflected in the account.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
- Completing KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if the applicable bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- pq333 reserves the right to hold any unusual or suspicious transaction for review.
- If you wish to cancel a withdrawal request after submitting it, you must contact us before processing has begun.
Payment Methods: bKash • Nagad • Rocket — minimum deposit ৳500 and minimum withdrawal ৳800 for all methods.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members at pq333 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x), meaning withdrawals can be made after betting 15 times the bonus amount.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting the bonus.
- A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
- The applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is not permitted.
- pq333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
VIP Cashback Program
Our VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), Diamond (up to 1.0%). Cashback is paid every Monday. Regular active participation is required to advance to higher VIP tiers.
Betting and Gaming Rules
General Gaming Rules

- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Account Suspension and Closure
